January 3-5 at the Seagate Convention Center in Toledo, OH

The Encounter Conference is the flagship event for Encounter Ministries where we seek to gather leaders of revival in the Church to encounter God's refreshment, encouragement and impartation of greater anointing for ministry.

Conference participants can expect an atmosphere of spirit-filled worship in the presence of God, Mass, inspiring and transforming keynote speakers, breakout sessions, Eucharistic adoration, a healing service, fellowship and many opportunities for prayer ministry and growth in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

This year we are excited that our conference will be able to minister to the entire family. We are adding an Encounter Kids Track for ages 6-12 and an Encounter Teens Track for ages 13-18. More information on those can be found below.

This amazing reality of friendship with Jesus becomes an invitation to dream with God to see the kingdom dreams that we have become a reality.  Dan DeMatte will be teach on God’s desire to partner with us to see our dreams for His kingdom become a reality and His desire to give us permission to co-labor and co-create with him. Whether you dream big dreams or don’t dream at all, you don’t want to miss this!

Main Stage Freedom from the Homosexual Lifestyle – Kim Zember

One of the greatest places we need to bring the Gospel is to those living in homosexual lifestyles.  As the culture continues to turn away from God and toward greater confusion and depravity, it is our job to understand how we can bring the light into darkness.  In this session, Kim Zember will share about how she fell into a dark homosexual lifestyle but was powerfully delivered from this through the power of prophecy and the love of the Holy Spirit breaking into her life.  She will share personal insights so that we can have greater understanding of those in the homosexual lifestyle and how we can best minster the Gospel to them.

Hall C You too can be open to Words of Knowledge in ministry & daily life  – Dave Nodar

The spiritual gift of words of knowledge is supernatural revelation of information that doesn’t come through study, experience or any human means. Often, it involves knowing something God desires in his love to do or to communicate to a person(s). It frequently brings profound encouragement, healing and conversion.

Hotel Ballroom

Making sense out of the “weird stuff” with Holy Spirit” – Patrick Reis

Falling, laughing, crying, shaking, etc… Is this even real? Can this stuff really be from God?  So often, it is the apparent strange behavior people see of people responding to the Holy Spirit that turns many Catholics off to being open to anything associated with the charisms of the Holy Spirit.  In this session, Patrick Reis will provide a theology of the “new wine” of the Holy Spirit, provide a biblical context and understanding for often confusing manifestations of the Holy Spirit and teach participants on how they can become more aware of the presence of God in their lives for fruitful ministry.

3:00 – Breakout Sessions PT 2

Main Stage Come Home to the Father – Neal Lozano

Jesus did not just die to simply forgive our sins so that we could have the hope one day of living forever with our Father in heaven, he died so that we could have the same kind of relationship that he has with the Father.  In this session, Neal Lozano will be leading participants closer to the heart of the Father.

Hall C  Power Evangelization and Increased Boldness – Bryan O’Donnell

Ever since attending the Encounter School of Ministry, Bryan O’Donnell has been launched into a regular life of releasing the supernatural love of Jesus into the world around him.  Bryan has launched “Urban Encounter,” a ministry dedicated to power evangelization in the poorest part of Columbus, OH that seeks to help those into steady employment. You can expect to receive an increase of faith and conviction to see words of knowledge and healing ministry flowing from you outside the four walls of the Church.

Hotel Ballroom Raising Supernatural Families – Aaron Richards

What does a supernatural family look like?  How can Catholic families create environments and atmospheres where their children have both a deep respect and devotion to the Sacraments and traditions of the Church while raising up their kids to walk in the power and love of the Holy Spirit?  In this session, Aaron Richards is going to be sharing about his journey in raising up a prophetic family and the best practices he has found to see his kids walking in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
