We use Donorbox to safely manage your donation information. To edit your recurring donation as a donor, visit Donorbox and click the Donor Login link at the top of the page. If you didn’t set up your account via the setup email, you should be able to retrieve your donor account by clicking Forgot Password on the login screen. This will allow you to establish a donor account. Or you can do this over the phone by calling us at 614-349-8799.
Once you have successfully logged into Donorbox, you will have access to your Recurring Donation plans. From here, you can modify your payment information and update your donation options.
