The word “Intercede” comes from the Latin “inter” which means “between,” and “ced” which means “go.” Literally “intercede” means “go between.” Intercessors are those who are “go betweens” between the Lord and his people.
The Father loves it when we, his children, come to him and ask him to work on our behalf.
We acknowledge that there is no greater foundation for all ministry we undertake than storming heaven in humble and child-like intercession. God’s heart is moved to act when his people cry out to him. The Father loves it when we, his children, come to him and ask him to work on our behalf.
BECOME an intercessor
An Encounter Intercessor is someone who is committed to the intercession of Encounter Ministries and the missions God calls us into whether foreign or domestic. Approximately each month our Intercessor Coordinator emails our Encounter Intercessors with the prayer needs of the ministry. We also acknowledge that God has often revealed prophetic insight and revelation to our intercessors and we ask our intercessors to communicate any prophetic revelation to our Intercessor Coordinator that will be communicated to the Encounter leadership.

Jesus please continue to heal my neighbor from the effects of long haul covid, her husband's back and prostate cancer, her daughter's cancer and back.
Please also heal my friend, Mary, who fel and hurt her ligaments,bones,in back, arm and rest of her body that she hurt when she fell..Her brother, John, needs healing from covid.
Please heal Marie from dimentia, and other memory issues.
Please bring my children back to the church. Two are non practicing and one is an atheist. The eldest daughter's children need to know Jesus and the healing power that prayer can give. They are all suffering from being a child of an alcholohic, their father, who is deceased.
Please heal my sister's legs, and hips, and tingling in her hands; my second sister's memory, gastroentestional problems, and attitude, my youngest sister's voice, back, bladder issues and true and thorough healing from her past brain surgery. Her marriage also needs healing, Jesus. Her daughter suffers from anger and lack of patience with her mother.
Please let Angela get another job, and her marriage be improved.
Please heal me from all my bodily ailments, ie joint pain, poly arthritis, osteoporisis ,and memory issues. I also have a learning disability which impacts memory and organizational issues. Thank you, prayer team for the prayers and the healings from God from the past and in the future.
