Will I have the opportunity to travel on Encounter mission trips?

Encounter does participate in many traveling mission and ministry trips.  On occasion, interns will be invited to participate.  Depending on the nature of the mission or ministry trip, each intern may have to provide travel expenses.

How much money do I need to fundraise?

You will need to fund raise enough money to provide for your monthly expenses.  Although Encounter does provide housing, each intern will be responsible for providing their own food and household items, automobile expenses (gas/insurance), personal spending money.

What are the odds that I can receive a job with Encounter after my internship?

Although Encounter Ministries has hired former interns, we ask each applicant not to pursue this internship for anything other than the experience, growth and transformation in and of itself.  Applicants should not have expectations for later employment.

Who can I talk to for more information?

If you would like to speak with a current intern to learn more about the internship, please email Corey Baumgartner at corey@encounterministries.us.
